The space The space is a fully self contained apartment. It has its own entrance private parking and large private patio. It is perfect for quiet weekend getaways. We specialize in couples retreats and special occasions and are happy to curate your stay. King size bed with luxury linens. Plush robes. Smart TV Internet. We provide Keurig coffee maker as well as French press or drip coffee We have created this space to feel like a suite in an upscale Hotel. It is a very private and secluded property . You will have a secure parking area for your vehicle. Each guest stay is individually created to fit your needs , we offer a unique experience not just a place to stay. Feel free to enjoy feeding the horses in the adjacent field, we provide the treats! If you would like to use the propane grill for outdoor cooking please let us know before arrival so we can set it up as we store it when not in use. Beach supplies are available upon request at no extra charge. Guest access Guest has access to private patio and also upper sun deck. Feel free to roam the garden and feed the horses or just relax under a shady tree. Other things to note You will have a private secure parking area. You can see views of the bay and also of the beach. Enjoy an evening fire on the patio in the Chiminea. We do not allow events or parties only guests that are on the reservation can occupy The Cottage. The kitchen is not suitable for frying foods such as bacon or other heavy meats as there is no exhaust fan. If you would like to use a charcoal grill or propane grill on the patio please let us know prior to arrival. Checkout is at 11 am. Late checkout is subject to a $50 late fee. We have to pay housekeeping hourly and they arrive at 11 am. No smoking inside but feel free to puff away on the patio We accept 1 pet per reservation Under 40 pounds the pet fee is $100 for housekeeping. Please don’t leave pets unattended unless crated. The location is in a natural and beautiful environment it is semi tropical and as much as we can we do use pesticides outside to stop bugs from entering, it’s not in our control should you get a bug inside but it’s rare. No extra guests allowed. We have a strict occupancy rule. No parties gatherings or events. FIRE SAFETY. We are committed to your safety and have provided 2 smoke detectors, 2 Fire Extinguishers. 🧯 fire 🔥 Blanket and an emergency exit . No open flamed candles.
