Absolute quiet location and yet well located right on the Grünbach. In the next street there is a supermarket, bakery, cafe, bar, pharmacy. The bus stops on weekdays right on the street corner every 10 minutes. Parking is available. A bicycle can be rented. Hot water and heating are supplied by a solar system and a heat pump. An additional fireplace is available. Fast Wi-Fi is available via fiber optics. Great for working or vacationing. The space The apartment is located on a 1,000 m² plot. This garden can be shared and is located right by the stream with seating just for you. The apartment has a separate entrance door and is fully equipped (from the crepe pan to the pizza oven). Guest access Access is possible separately via an external staircase. Keys are handed over contactlessly through a key box Other things to note House Rules • Smoking is not allowed in the house. But there is a balcony. Please dispose of the ash and butts yourself (in a bottle filled with some water). • Please lock the door and close the windows when you leave • If you like, you can use the kitchen, but please clean up afterwards • No animals allowed • Please do not bring strangers home. If you would like to invite friends over, please ask first • We invite you to feel at home, but please treat our home as you would treat your own • The number of people specified in your booking confirmation may not be exceeded without the consent of the landlord. In the event of non-compliance, a price increase is reserved • Please note that dishes are returned to the cabinets only after being washed. The same applies to cutlery, pots, pans and appliances you've used. • Do not throw or pour waste, food scraps, harmful liquids or the like into the sink, shower and toilet. • In the interests of all guests and also the neighbors, we ask you to observe the quiet hours. Quiet hours apply from 10pm to 7am. • On the day of arrival, the quarters are available from 2 pm. • Upon departure, we ask you to vacate the apartments by 9:00 am at the latest. Please return the keys to the lockbox!
