Located just 200m from the Waterfront with restricted marina access, this spacious house comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests across 5 well-appointed bedrooms. Enjoy: • Exclusive private water frontage • Access for 3 vehicles into the marina • Fully equipped kitchen – ideal for self-catering stays • Comfortable open-plan living areas perfect for group gatherings • A tranquil, scenic setting – ideal for fishing or simply unwinding Guest access The entire house can be accessed by guest with the exception of 2 store rooms which are locked with personal belongings. Other things to note Waterfront/Dam Access Terms Access to the enclosed Waterfront/dam area is available by arrangement. To gain entry, a refundable cash deposit of R500 is required and must be handed over to the caretaker on site. In exchange, the caretaker will issue a dedicated mobile phone programmed with the required number to open the access gate. Guests may use this phone to enter and exit the dam area up to 4 times per day. Upon check out the phone must be returned to the caretaker in order to receive the R500 deposit back in full. Failure to return the phone in its proper condition may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
