Clareton Farm Cottage

Clareton Farm Cottage is a self-catered, quiet holiday cottage located in the grounds of our home, with a high level of luxury, nestled in a tranquil & rural location. On the outskirts of the village of Coneythorpe, it is in a very accessible location, 8 miles from Harrogate and 15 miles from York. Containing 2 double bedrooms, we can sleep up to 4 guests very comfortably, full of features to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Dogs are very welcome but we charge £20 per dog for their stay. The space Take a stroll into the village and enjoy the village green pub or wonderful rural surrounding area. Guest access Parking adjacent (parking at owners own risk) to cottage and grass lawn area for sitting out or playing sport adjacent to cottage all other areas are private and we ask guests to respect that it is our home and stay within the area around the cottage. CCTV is in operation outside at all times covering all external areas of the property. Other things to note Family home on site but not too close. Plenty of privacy and we ask that our privacy is respected too. We have animals inc horses, dogs, sheep etc but we ask that guests refrain from feeding them or petting them and do not enter the stable yard.
