Pure relaxation: charming estate in Brandenburg

The apartment is one of four apartments in a lovingly and naturally renovated estate near Pritzwalk. The old manor house was originally built in 1826 and is now, after years of natural restoration, finally finished. Quaint and modern at the same time, it enchants with many original details. The apartments are sustainably and naturally renovated, with clay walls and charming furnishings. A real oasis of well-being to slow down and unwind. Or to get creative. The space The apartment is one of four apartments in the courtyard and has a brand new and modern bathroom & a new kitchen, as well as a guest toilet. In addition, a large living room and two bedrooms: The bedroom has a double bed (box spring) and the second bedroom (children's room) has a pull-out bed (2 x 90 cm). In the living room there is a very comfortable sofa bed with a width of 1.30 m (1 person). The apartment has its own entrance and a seating area with garden furniture and a parasol. On request, the grill and the large trampoline can also be used. The farm offers plenty of space and since almost no cars drive, children and dogs can move freely. The Wi-Fi works really well (stable 100 Mbit), only the cellular network is quite terrible to non-existent in the region. But whoever comes here also wants to slow down ;) The old estate was originally built in 1826 and now, after years of restoration with natural materials such as clay, it is finally finished. Rustic and modern at the same time, it enchants with many original details. The listed house offers plenty of space, restored original elements and modern feel-good furnishings (bathroom, kitchen: all new). The clay walls, which were installed after the core renovation, ensure a special feel-good climate. Two of the four apartments are connected by a connecting door, so that friendly couples or families do not have to walk "outside." This apartment has no connecting door. Guest access The car (absolutely necessary, as there is hardly any infrastructure) can be parked in front of the house. The actual access for guests is in the courtyard: each apartment has its own entrance. Helle has a total of about 30 inhabitants, whose houses are gathered around the village church. Other things to note The Wi-Fi works really well (stable 100mBit), only the cell phone network is terrible to non-existent in the region. But whoever comes here also wants to slow down ;) There are no shops in Helle. So it's best to shop before you arrive. In the neighboring villages there are grocery stores, supermarkets and (organic) farm shops. A booklet with tips and addresses is available in the apartment.
