Stable conversion - rural - contemporary -Georgian

Our recently completed barn conversion is nestled in the Lincolnshire Wolds, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We've combined comfort and style with original features, such as exposed brickwork. This welcoming hideaway is a cosy base for walking or cycling in the surrounding countryside, and offers a relaxing retreat at the end of a hard day’s exploring There is another cottage next door that can also be booked on AirBnB The space This is a cosy yet modern cottage ideal for couples (and their pooch). There is an open plan kitchen/ living room, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a small patio for enjoying al fresco meals. The kitchen is well equipped and has a washer drier and dishwasher. You are welcome to bring a dog (or two small dogs) with you. The cottage does not have its own garden but there are lots of fields near by for canine companions to stretch their legs (the fields near by may contain livestock) EV Charging is available at an additional fee of 60p per Kw Other things to note There is another cottage next door so there may be other guests sharing the parking area. EV Charging is available and is charged at 60p per kWh I’m sorry but we do not allow any animals other than dogs in the property. The drive way to the property is an unmade road and can get a bit muddy in wet weather. Our little Peugeot 206 can get down it with out any problems but it would not be suitable for low slung sports cars. Please note that the cottage is in a rural location, at the end of summer Spiders will be looking for their mate and may enter the building
