The Cottage is a safe space welcoming to all. Self check-in, private garden area, outdoor furniture (& table-tennis). River/pubs/golf within half-mile walk. Galleried bedroom, Superking bed, laptop friendly desk/dressing table (room for travel cot). Ground floor large sofabed. Wifi & SmartTV. Kitchen area with oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer. Dining table for 4. Free parking for 2 cars on forecourt shared with main house. Quiet location, trees and birdsong. Animal friendly. The space The Cottage is modern, light, spacious and quiet. The bedroom has a huge, comfortable bed with luxurious 600 thread cotton bed linen. There is room for a travel cot and/or toddler blow-up bed (provided on request). The extendable antique wooden table makes a perfect study area, or dressing table, next to a full length mirror (and hairdryer). There is plenty of drawer and hanging space, plus a full-length closet downstairs, with iron and ironing board. The kitchen area is fully equipped to cater from breakfast and snacks to home-cooked meals. There is good wi-if throughout, a large smart TV with Netflix, Amazon etc. There is a selection of books and board games. To the side of The Cottage is a sunny garden area with gas BBQ (available on request) and outside table and chairs and reclining chairs for your exclusive use. The garden area opens to the rear onto a small copse then fields. Our 3 friendly dogs (Labrador, cavapoo and shihtzu) play in the grounds and will give you a warm welcome! The nearest dog-friendly pub serving food, is 15 minutes walk away, with several other pubs/restaurants within 20-30 minutes walk, or a few minutes drive. Winter Hill golf course is a 10 minutes walk/2 minutes drive away. Guest access The whole cottage is yours. There is shared parking to the front. To the side of The Cottage is a garden area for your exclusive use. (Note, it is not totally enclosed). Other things to note Additional cost of £40 per dog per stay (maximum 2). Not allowed upstairs.
