The space About 600 sq ft, enter the studio by descending 7 stairs to the studio's front door that opens to a kitchenette, with brand-new appliances, which then opens into a common living area with the bathroom toward the rear of the apartment. The bedroom area has a queen size bed and the living room has a couch where you can lay down and nap or and enjoy tons of free programming on the new 40" TV with Roku. We also have the premium services: Disney+, Hulu, HBO, Amazon Prime Video y ESPN+. Free Wi-Fi available for guests. We also have a small room with a twin bed available without cost for 3 or 4 guests or available at $10/night for smaller groups. All appliances, fixtures and the basement itself is brand NEW. Guest will have their own code to access the studio. We have a lot of trees and plants in the backyard. We have neighbors and always get compliments on how secluded and private the backyard is. You can request to use the grill and fire pit. Just let us know, and we will have it ready for your use! Details about the appliances: The stove is electric, we have a microwave available, Keurig machine with a few coffee pods and tea bags, dinner wear and refrigerator. We offer laundry service for $10 per load (limited to a provided laundry bag). There is also a coin laundromat 6 minutes away that is open 24 hours.
