Palma is the capital of Mallorca and a good base for visiting its beaches distributed around the island and visiting the old town, shopping streets and restaurants and bars of the neighborhoods of Santa Catalina or La Lonja on foot. The space The house has 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, a living room with an integrated kitchen with everything you need and a large patio that will make you feel that you are not in the center of Palma. In the patio, we have a barbecue at your disposal, a small porch, a table, chairs and umbrella, a sofa, a hammock, sun loungers and other items to make your stay more comfortable. Guest access A private house without common areas Other things to note Parking: There is free parking around the house on some streets and on others there is a blue zone. Look at the road to see if there's a blue line. It's not easy to find a free parking space. The blue zone is paid from 09:00 to 14:30 and from 16:30 to 20:00 Monday-Friday and from 09:00 to 14:30 on Saturdays, Sundays are free. It also has a paid public parking lot on Paseo Mallorca that is not far from the house.
