A unique retro vintage artsy studio style bedroom for overnight guests. The Studio was converted from original main parlor and dining room. Queen Bed. Non-Smokers only. Private bathroom is optional but in most cases can be accommodate for an extra charge of $5-10 Please Request in advace. The space My home is situated in an authentic Midwestern neighborhood 1.5 miles from downtown Rockford. I've opened the home since 2007. I attempt to maintain a peaceful yet artistic environment. In contrast I'm a minimalist so I do not have a lot of clutter. Most guests are attracted to my home because it's unique. I display my graphic design posters and retro vintage items. The neighborhood is peaceful and restful. Guest access A comfortable place for a night or two. Plenty of space to relax. Shared bathroom. However, if you would like a private bathroom option please ask in advance and a special offer will be sent. Front Porch has additional seating and electric outlet to charge your cell phone or laptop. Other things to note Remember this is a home sharing experience... please be neat and respect quiet times between 10pm and 9am. Please use indoor voice on cell phones and use ear buds while listening to media.
