MAIN DESCRIPTION Located in the busy neighborhood of Bados Villa Bados 6 is a spacious single villa 140 meters away from the white sand beach and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room with dining table and TV corner, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, spacious covered veranda with garden furniture, for a total of 8 beds. Air conditioning in every room. Very appreciated by guests the proximity to the beach of Bados, equipped with bathing establishments with umbrellas / sun loungers / rubber dinghies and canoes rental, kiosks bar / restaurant, reachable in just one minute on foot. The availability of 2 private parking spaces and a garden surrounding the house are ideal for long-term stays. INTERIOR DESCRIPTION Villa Bados 6 has an area of ​​120 square meters, with large covered terrace furnished with living and dining table for eight people. The house has three entrances to the garden, two from the living room and one from the kitchen. The living room is spacious and bright, equipped with a TV corner and a wooden dining table with benches. A short corridor connects the living room to the roomy kitchen, newly furnished with a 4-burner stove and oven, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and washing machine. Continuing we meet the sleeping area consisting of a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, equipped with an en suite bathroom with bathtub; double bedroom with two single beds; further bedroom with double bed and single bed. The second bathroom has a shower / toilet / sink. All rooms have large fitted wardrobes. Being distant from the water about 150 meters the house takes advantage of the sea breeze present in the hottest hours, resulting so cool and ventilated throughout the day. The veranda faces east, towards the beach of Bados and the island of Tavolara. The garden, with numerous trees and shrubs of Mediterranean essences, surrounds the house and is partially shared with a second unit. The driveway inside the gate has enough space to park up to two cars. Other things to note Booking Details The accommodations offered by Klodge are private properties rented out by their owners with the support and mediation of Klodge. As private residences they do not adhere to specific standards or categories and may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality. Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term vacation rentals. Services that are essential for short-term stays, like final cleaning and an initial linen set, are provided by specialized external companies. The cost of these services is covered by the guest. If specified, A weekly amount of electricity consumption is included for free. Upon check-out, any consumption exceeding this limit will be calculated based on the readings of the meter located into the property and charged at a rate of €0,50 per kWh. The charge will be made to the credit card provided as a guarantee upon arrival. Upon arrival, a security deposit will be held on your credit card. The card must be physically present and in your name. Don’t worry: the amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay, but please note that the release time depends entirely on your bank. In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover any expenses. - - - Arrival Details After booking, you will need to complete an online check-in process through our dedicated platform. This will require uploading photos of ID and/or a selfie of all the people travelling with you. Your personal data will be handled with care and in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Hosting responsibly in Italy requires signing a short-term rental contract. The contract will be in Italian, but we will provide an English courtesy translation before your arrival. Key collection and document signing will take place at the Klodge reception, located at Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport. Please note that, in accordance with local regulations, a waste sorting system is in place. Be sure to follow the door-to-door collection schedule by purchasing the appropriate waste bags.
