Center: 3 rooms apartment with kitchen & bathroom

Welcome to the renovated apartment (2022) in the heart of Gavle, located in a quiet area (called South). Just few minutes walking distance, you’ll find shops, restaurants, the Concert Hall, Leisure center, a children’s playground and a very popular and beautiful park called “The Boulogne park”. Children over 7 y o are welcome. The space The apartment is a part of a villa, located on the basement floor, with a separate entrance from the left side of the house. The apartment has two bedrooms with three single beds och a living room with TV. We do have 2 extra folding beds so up to 5 people can stay in the apartment. The beds are made according to the number of guests. Guest access Kitchen, bathroom, a living room and 2 bedrooms. We do have mostly everything in the kitchen area you may need for making a dinner, but in case you need something special just let us know before you arrive. Parking for one car is available just outside the house. The entrance doors are monitored by camera.
