B&B for four people in beautiful rural Peebles

Wester Happrew is a family home, warm and cosy and quiet. A good place to base yourself when exploring locally or further afield. We hope we create a relaxed atmosphere for you to enjoy your stay with us. The listing is for two bedrooms. If you book one room, we won't let the other room. The facilities are yours. If two guests want a room each then both rooms need to be booked. The space The rooms are spacious, one with a double bed and the other with a queen size bed. There are coffee and tea making facilities. The dining room has an open fire. Guest access Guests can access the dining room at anytime during their stay, where there is a log fire and access to the internet. We have a garden which guests are welcome to enjoy and when time allows sit and enjoy the sun and views. We have lovely walks from our home into the countryside. Although we do not allow dogs in the house, we have a secure and heated kennel in the barn that can accommodate two dogs. It can be rented for a small extra charge of £5.00 a night. We also have a lock-up barn for guests that may want to store their bikes securely. There is no extra charge for this. During your stay We will be here during your stay. Other things to note Although we will be in the house you will have the private use of the dining room and we are happy to answer any questions about what is happening locally. Edinburgh is 20 miles north of us, and you do need a car to reach us. We offer a cooked breakfast with a choice of eggs, served in the dining room and anytime between 7-9 am that suits you. We can offer a three course evening meal, just ask us.
