Elms House Cottage

Rowston is a small farming village , south of the historic city of Lincoln. Sleaford, Newark and Grantham are all easily within half hour by car. You’ll love my place because it's a very old cottage, recently re-equipped (including dishwasher). It is near, but separate from, my own house, with it's own garden. The cottage is good for couples, solos, business travellers, and small families. We can also accommodate French speakers. A 10% discount and free weekly servicing for 7+ day stays. The space Guests tell us they find that the accommodation is, for 2/3 persons staying, roomy, light and comfortable. South facing with plenty of room for 2 vehicles in its front yard. Guest access Once inside the door, all of the cottage is only for the guests. The front and rear gardens and hard standings are also for the guests, but the owners may occasionally need discreet access to these outside areas. There is off road parking at the front of the property, with room to turn a car before rejoining the road.
