This lovely 4 bedroom apartment has been fully refurbished, showing its original structure and featuring traditional Portuguese tiles throughout. Equipped with all the amenities to offer guests the best experience possible. The very generous living room comprises and separate dining area and a designated lounge overlooking the Parque Eduardo VII. This fifth floor flat benefits from an incredible light and a balcony, where guest can enjoy one of the best view of the city and the Tagus river. Three of the four bedrooms have a balconies and two of them are en suite bedrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The building comprises of 9 floors and two lifts. We kindly ask our guests to send us a text with the check-in hours. This way we are able to provide you our best possible check in service. The keys to the apartment are given by the property manager or owner. All check-in after 20:00 have an extra fee of 25€. Locally you can find a selection of restaurants, cafe and grocery stores as well as an El Corte Ingles and Amoreiras Shopping only a few minutes away. Only a few minutes from the subway, the apartment is located right in the heart of Lisbon, next to the Parque Eduardo VII and a few minutes away from Avenida da Liberdade and one of the trendiest neighbourhoods in the city, Principe Real. Be aware that the apartment is located in a residencial area, meaning that we deeply advise you to not make noise after 11 pm.
