Other things to note 1. The Rental Agreement must be signed upon booking and Photo ID that matches the credit card on file uploaded to our secure system. . 2. You will receive complete check-in instructions a couple days before your arrival if you have signed the rental agreement. 3. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am 4. Guests must be 25 years older (with the exception of children with their parents) 5. Cancellation policy: 100% refund within 2 weeks of arrival date 6. 8 Person Maximum (children included). 7. Well behaved pets are allowed but guest must obtain permission from the owner to have pets on the property. Pet Fee is $100/dog. Max 2. Dog must be crated when left alone. 8. A $500 hold on your credit card will be placed a day before your check-in. 9. No parties of course! 10. No smoking, drug use or vaping of any kind inside or around the cabin. 11. Fireworks and discharging a firearm are strictly prohibited in the neighborhood. 12. Cleaning fee is $230 13. There is an outside camera in place for your protection.
