Dream apartment, modern, large and cozy

Vacation home in the countryside. Our 98 square meter apartment is located in the heart of the Ochsenfurter Gau. Centrally located between Würzburg Rothenburg and Bad Mergentheim. The space The apartment is located on the first floor of our house. It is newly renovated and flooded with light and has free Wi-Fi. We are located on the outskirts with a wide view of fields and meadows. Our farm is on the main road but about 50 m set back in a quiet location. Guest access Guests have a fully furnished apartment with a bedroom, large children's room, living room, kitchen with dining room as well as a bathroom and a separate dining room. It can accommodate up to 6 people. The dining room is connected to a balcony for cozy evenings. The accommodation is an ideal starting point for various excursion destinations in the surrounding area. We are located directly on the Gaubahn cycle path, which extends from the Maintal to the Taubertal. For our little guests, there are several pieces of playground equipment in the garden that can be used at their own risk. On the outskirts of town is the petting zoo Arche Noah, which invites you on Sundays with coffee and cake. Other things to note We live in the same house, respect privacy but are of course available with advice and assistance. In addition, we run a farm where we give our guests insight.
