The Pivoňka estate is a house with private housing that is separated from the apartments and rooms for rent. There are 2 fully equipped apartments with a kitchenette and 2 separate rooms with a shared kitchen. Both apartments and rooms are on the same floor with a common corridor that has a separate entrance. The house was renovated in 20/21. Parking is on the property in front of the house. Guests can sit outside on the terrace or by the fire in the park. From 1.3. A sauna is available to guests for a fee. The apartment has a separate bedroom for 2 people and a kitchenette with a living area and a sofa bed for 1 person or a child from 10 years, a coffee table, a dining table for 4 people and a TV. The apartment is at the end of the common hallway. The washing machine is common for all guests and is located on the floor in the shared kitchen for 2 separate rooms at the opposite end of the corridor at the main entrance to the accommodation area. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Guest access Guests have access to a shared corridor for 4 accommodation units in the house, access to a washing machine in a shared kitchen for 2 separate rooms Pivoň and Stockau and to adjacent land including a terrace and a park with a fireplace and ponds outside the private garden Other things to note DURING THE SUMMER HOLIDAYS, ONLY WEEKLY STAYS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY OR MULTIPLES OF WEEKS CAN BE BOOKED. Pivoň has about 30 inhabitants and is located in the Český les Protected Landscape Area about 5 km by air from the border with Bavaria in the middle of forests and trout ponds. The farm is about 5 meters from the forest. Guests must rely on themselves for meals, the nearest restaurants are within 10 km. Guests can enjoy outdoor seating in the park about 100 meters away or on the outdoor terrace. The village has bike paths, marked hiking trails and in winter it is possible to connect to the nearby cross-country ski track. In Bavaria, in nearby Waldmünchen, there is a Perlsee lake or Aquafit indoor swimming pool. On weekdays, bus line 637 runs to nearby Poběžovice, from where you can take the train to Domažlice or to Pilsen, Bělá nad Radbuzou, or to Plana or Mariánské Lázně.
