The garden with a large terrace (approx. 30m2) invites you to linger. The nearest bus stop is a 15-minute walk away. The local bus takes you to the village centre or directly to the Motta Naluns mountain railway in just a few minutes. In winter you can ski/snowboard right up to the front of the house. A garage and outdoor car park as well as a ski/bike room are available.
