Quiet en- suite double, dogs welcome, free parking

We offer a double , fresh and bright bedroom in our family home in a very quiet area of Penicuik. Perfect starting point for exploring Edinburgh or the country side as we offer free parking with bus stop on the door step. We have a big garden plus a huge grass area in front of our house and happily host kids or dogs or both. PLEASE BE AWARE : the car park is about 50m away from the entrance to the room. The room is not suitable for wheel chairs . Note that there is a £10 charge for dogs. The space Very quiet residential area so a guaranteed good night sleep. Very bright amd fresh double bedroom with en suite bathroom. You will also find a fridge, kettle and microwave along with a tea and coffee tray. You have your own entrance door, decking for a a morning cuppa in the sun and access to the garden. Please be aware that check in has to be after 4pm , if you need to check in earlier please contact me in advance, thank you . Guest access You have your own room with private entrance. and of course your own bathroom. There is a little kitchenette area with fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. We provide tea and coffee and a small variety of chocolate if you have a sweet tooth. During your stay I work as a baker therefore leave the house early in the morning. Other things to note We are a family and pet friendly, safe neighbourhood , all local amenities like supermarkets, restaurants and takeaways , pharmacy etc are in walking or very short driving distance . Please be aware that usually check in has to be after 4pm. Please double check in advance should that interfere with your travel plans and we can most likely figure out a solution. Dear Dog owners: Please do not allow your dogs to sleep on/in the bed as a courtesy.
