The Finca Can Torrent is located at the gates of the original village of Selva in scenic surroundings with its own garden and private pool. A large and covered terrace offers shade on hot days and an enchanting view to the southeast over the valley. The garden area is behind the house, protected from view. Adjacent is a brick outdoor grill. On the entrance side there are partly covered parking spaces and from the front, lovingly planted terrace you can see the village of Selva and a beautiful mountain landscape. The house entrance leads into a cozy living area with German satellite TV and a dining area at the exit to the rear terrace. The rustic kitchen, one of the three bedrooms (with double bed) and the bathroom next door are also on this level. A few steps lead to the other two bedrooms and there is a guest bathroom in the basement. The house offers free internet access (WiFi). The use of air conditioning (hot / cold) is calculated separately due to the high extra costs and can be booked optionally depending on the season. Since the finca is approximately halfway between Inca and Selva, it is ideal for all kinds of excursions: in a few minutes you can be in tranquil Selva with its attractive village church and lively squares, a few kilometers further you can reach the mountains the Tramuntana. Inca can be reached just as quickly with numerous shops (including Leather goods) and supermarkets. Both the Palma and the beautiful beaches of the north coast are easily accessible via the motorway connection.
