It is located in the heart of Florence one half block from the Cathedral square. This is a no traffic street. The space The location is fantastic ! It is about a 10 minute walk from the train station and smack in the middle of everything. As a matter of fact, when you step out of the building you are in one of the main thoroughfares and surrounded by about restaurants and stores. Amazing thing is that when you are in the flat you cannot hear the street noise at all .. it is only when you are down on the ground floor about to step through the door that you hear the street noise. Guest access The flat has the most spectacular view of the Cathedral Dome with its lovely rooftop terrace (unforgettable views). It is situated on two floors. The entry level houses the two bedrooms (one with three single beds and one with a double bed) and 2 bathroom with a shower stall. On the next floor (reached by a small wooden stairway) there is the living area with a day bed (single) and small (but functional) kitchen alcove. There is a lovely corner fireplace in the living area. Up a few steps is the study/dining area and its spectacular view of the Cathedral Dome. From the study you enter the terrace. The terrace has outdoor furniture and a big sun umbrella. The furnishings are comfortable and reflect the owners many travels to the far east.
