Welcome to the city cottage guesthouse! Great for a short stay, our newly renovated lower level guesthouse will make you feel right at home. Steps away from Western University, St.Joseph's hospital, Gibbons park and a 15 minute walk to downtown with restaurants, bars and nightlife. NOTE: The unit is located in a century year old City cottage ,hence , the noise does carry. The space Newly renovated with charming century old features, this lower level guesthouse has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Enter your guesthouse through a back entrance from the backyard and step into unassuming mudroom that will lead you to bright living room with a sofa to relax and bar like sitting area to enjoy a cup of coffee. The light colours of this guesthouse will make it feel bright and airy. From the living area you can enter one bedroom located conveniently near a cozy bathroom. Another door will lead you to a Laundry room with a washer and dryer for Your convenience. The tastefully decorated hallway will lead you to a cozy, yet well equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare any meal. Our second bedroom is just off the kitchen for those who like to be a bit away from the living area. After a long day, our forest like backyard is a nice place to kick back and relax. This is the only space that is shared with the upper unit. Our bungalow has a parking spot available for your convenience. We have a wonderful neighbour with whom we share driveway , hence, we ask our guests to kindly park closer to our cottage and the front of the property( closer to sidewalk) to allow our guests from the upper unit to park comfortably as well. Guest access Entrance is on the back of the house. Other things to note Noise: This is a lower unit of an century old house . As such , noise does carry , especially in the living area. Parking: we share driveway with a lovely neighbour and hence ask that our guests park close to our cottage in order to allow other cars to park and or pass. When there are no cars in the driveway ( from the upper unit ) we ask our guests to park closest to the beginning of the driveway from the street to allow other cars to park behind .
