This adorable two bedroom all remodeled Spanish bungalow from the 20’s is located in the heart of Atwater Village, the perfect Hollywood home for entertaining and relaxing, yet it's in the center of all LA activity. Welcome to my house, a little piece of Tuscany in the heart of Los Angeles. This adorable two bedrooms all remodeled Spanish bungalow from the 20’s is located on a quiet and beautiful street in the heart of Atwater Village. This is the perfect Hollywood home for entertaining and relaxing,it's very private and tucked away, yet it's in the center of all LA activity. The house is just 5 minutes away from the Silverlake reservoir, cafés, restaurants and nightlife. We are nestled just north of Silver Lake, off Glendale Blvd, which is one of the main streets into downtown LA. The neighborhood has many shopping and dining destinations within a 2 minutes walk. Easy access to the 2, 5 and 101 freeways. We are a few minutes drive to Sunset Blvd, downtown Los Angeles, Griffith Park and Dodger Stadium; 15 minutes to Hollywood and Universal Studios. Relaxation begins the moment you step into this bright, sun-filled, home with its gorgeous huge garden with gated parking for two cars that you will share with me if you want (plenty off – street parking). You are welcome to use the driveway if you don't find parking, but please keep in mind that if we are both parked there we need to keep great communication. The home is privately walled and gated for a truly indoor/outdoor vacation or business trip. Beautiful sunny rooms overlook a classic California garden with orange and lemon trees, roses, a giant Queen Palm Tree, a Secular olive tree with outdoor furniture for dining Alfresco, hammock and barbecue. Master bedroom with queen size bed has a bathroom en suite and closet. Second bedroom has a queen sized bed with memory foam, a desk and the space to add one single roller bed, so it can sleep 3 people. Cozy living room with queen sized sofa bed, flat-screen TV with apple tv and basic channels, modern Danish dining room table that seats six people; the finest mid century modern furnishings, a fireplace and original art pieces compliment this great space. The kitchen, newly renovated has a beautiful breakfast counter and vintage stove, is fully equipped for all of your dining needs. Plates, Silverware and glasses are provided. Crisp, clean linens & towels. Bathroom with tub - shower, hair dryer, shower essentials. Hi Speed WiFi wireless internet throughout house and outdoor grounds. Please remember that this place is very special for me so anybody who is clean, polite and will treat my house respectfully is more than welcome to stay : ) Guest access You have access to everything, except the back yard where my office is located, you cannot see it from the house but yes it's there ; ) You can call, text or email me for anything you need. Door will be open and key on the table. The Neighborhood I love the fact that the house is 6 min from Atwater Village and close to my favorite bakeries - Proof and The Village Bakery! • 10 min from Silver Lake and Los Feliz. • 10 min from Downtown LA and Glendale Galleria. • 15 min from Griffith Park and Observatory. • 15 min to Universal Studios. • 20 min to Hollywood. • 30 min to LAX airport. Getting Around I definitely suggest having a car in LA. There is parking on the street and parking in my garage. Other things to note As I already mentioned, my studio in back can be rented on Airbnb, this will not influence your stay in terms of privacy, but to access the back studio, guests will have to walk in the drive way. Please keep this in mind if you returning late at night. We ask our guests to please be totally respectful of the peace of the neighbors and of other guests ( please avoid to talk loud outside or leave doors open after 10 pm.)
