A newly-built house of 180 sqm with all the comforts. The rooms are located on two floors. The kitchen has an open floor plan with direct access to the patio. The large living room upstairs has room for many and on the balcony you can enjoy the afternoon sun. 2 spacious double bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms are at your disposal. If you wish, there is also a 140 cm inflatable mattress that can be placed in the living room for an additional 1-2 beds. Walking to the swimming area and the sea takes about ten minutes. The bus stop is 10 minutes walking distance and the bus takes you to the center of Gothenburg in about 25 minutes.
