The perfect place to stay for work or play (or a stopover through town)! Curl up in front of the fireplace on the full-sized couch and stream your favorite shows on the 48” LED TV (Netflix only, no cable) or take a break from relaxing and get some work done on the desk. Eat takeout on the high-top table in the kitchen or make your own meal with the full-sized kitchen. The place is fully stocked, from dishes and silverware, fresh towels and sheets, to soap and shampoo. The space This is a large one bedroom located inside an older house that had been converted into a tri-plex. There is a pullout couch in the living room and lots of space for air mattresses (1 provided). There is shared heat throughout the building and space heaters in the unit to control the temperature to your liking. A window A/C unit and portable fan is available for cooling. Guest access In addition to your own private apartment, you'll be able to relax on the front porch or the outdoor patio area with fire pit (bring your own wood) and patio table/chairs. A small charcoal grill is also included but no lighter fluid or charcoal. There is also a washer and dryer available in the basement. We also will provide garage access to keep your vehicle out of the elements during the winter. Other things to note Please let me know if you would like a garage stall and I will give you the details.
