Its furnished to a very comfortable level with a fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freeer, electric oven/induction hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing/drying machine, iron/ironing board, and sufficient cooking/serving equipment for your day-to-day catering. You will be provided on arrival with a welcome pack of basics such as bread, butter, milk, cereal, eggs, beans and tea/coffee. We also provide essentials such as washing up liquid, kitchen rolls, cooking oil, salt and pepper. The living room has a comfy two-seater sofa, dining table and chairs for four people plus a Smart TV. Free to air terrestrial channels are provided and also the facility for you to view your own streaming content. The king-size bedroom can also be configured as a twin room upon request. It has a wardrobe and dressing table and bedside tables. The bathroom is spacious with large shower cubicle toilet and basin. Welcome toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) are provided. Self check-in is available at this property via key-safe. This property comes with one allocated on-site parking space. Additional parking is available on street outside. Ipswich is Suffolk’s County Town and due to recent and significant regeneration projects, the town is alive and bustling.
