Bothag Bhuirgh Grande Max camping pod

GRANDE MAX CAMPING POD The Grande Max has an inbuilt toilet, shower and kitchenette and one double bed for two people willing to share. Towels, bed linen, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet roll and hand wash are provided. The pod has a kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, and all the facilities you require for cooking. Tea bags, coffee sachets, sugar sachets, salt, pepper and vegetable oil are provided. There is a private seating area outside with a BBQ, fire pit and washing line. The space We are within walking distance of the seashore, with stunning views of the wild Atlantic. We are an 8 mile drive from some stunning beaches in the district of Ness (Port of Ness beach and Eoropie beach). We are only 10 miles from the Butt of Lewis lighthouse. The main town, Stornoway is a half hour drive away. Borve house hotel and Borve shop are a 10 minute walk from the pod. The shop is open from 8am until 8pm. There is also a takeaway called Hebridean heatwave within walking distance. Our exact address is 38 Fivepenny Borve, HS2 0RX. Guest access All guests arrive through our garden access, but have there own parking space close to the pods. They are free to walk down our croft, which leads to the rocky shore and the wild Atlantic ocean. This is less than a 10 minute walk from the pods. Dogs can be off their leash on our land so that they can run freely, but must be on a leash outside our croft area. They can make use of our coal BBQ and fire pit. The barn has a DVD player and a large TV with sky channels. It also has lego, paper and colouring pencils for children. During your stay I am very happy to make myself available when needed and always try to be there in person to greet my guests if at all possible. I am happy to provide information about restaurants and places to visit. Other things to note Directions: Once you arrive in the village of Borve, you take a left turn at the second junction. The sign for our pods is on the righthand side of the road next to a plastic bus shelter and before the church. You take a left turn at that junction and then it is the next right turn. We are approximately half way down the hill and have a black wooden fence. We have a sign on two areas of our fence. You drive into our garden and past the barn to get to the pods. The grande max pod is the last pod you come to and you have your own parking space on the left hand side of the pod. You have your own private outside area with seating, a coal BBQ and a washing line. You can make use of the washing machine and tumble dryer in the barn, it is located at the back of our house and the sign is on the door.
