I am powerless over the midwest rail-schedules. It is fair to let would-be guests know. There are 2 assigned outdoor parking-spaces. The space Each of two bedrooms has a queen bed. There are two full bathrooms. There is a sofa with bedding provided and a mattress that can be placed on living room floor if necessary. There is a a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The condo is perfect for a family with children. A pet is welcome at no extra cost. Wrote one guest: "I was really impressed by this property! I called it a "hideaway" because who would've known it would be so nice and I would have NEVER found it if all the hotels weren't booked for family weekend at Ball State! The commute was easy... straight shot! Rod was an angel! He was attentive and responsive! The property was clean and it had everything we needed for our stay! We thought the steps would be a problem for my mom, but she was a trooper - she didn't mind it one bit! There are a lot of stores and food places around to choose from in the near vicinity. Overall, Mr. Rod was a jewel and this property was great for what we needed.. I would surely come again and recommend to friends that are in need of a 'hideaway' to "get away"! Guest access The small town is very walkable (downtown area). If you’re here for a high school sports event you’re about 2 miles from the Field-house and the football field. The condo is 1.9 miles from the Saddle Club of Henry County. I will provide you with all the info you need for access a week prior to your stay. The condo is ONE of TWO condos in the same building and you will have the full use of 105 for the duration of your booking. My home (the host's home) is 2 miles away and so, while I am accessible to guests, the condo is exclusively used for AirBnB and private guests. The AirBnBs is lock-box accessible - sometimes it "sticks" a little but it works. Other things to note Your host -- that is me (Rod) travel and unusual amount for my work.
