There is space to stay both inside and outside. The two-story accommodation is bright thanks to generously glazed windows with several French doors to the large terrace overlooking Skälderviken. The large garden consists mainly of a large, slightly sloping lawn surrounded by bushes and lovely for children to play on. In the middle of the village with proximity to Flickorna Lundgren, St Arilds Golf Club and the entire Kullabygden, you will enjoy yourself regardless of the weather, season or length of your stay. Very welcome! The space The best thing about the house is that it is relatively large for being in Skäret. At 141 sqm plus access to a fresh laundry room with shower in the basement, there are plenty of surfaces when autumn winds or bad weather entice you to stay indoors. On the ground floor there is an entrance with a larger hall inside. From there you can reach the toilet, bedroom with bunk bed, stairs to the upper floor or basement, kitchen with dining table and large living room with fireplace. Most rooms have glass doors to a large wooden terrace around the house on two sides. With sun all day in summer, views, barbecue and large round table, it is enough for many hours. Up the stairs to the upper floor, you first reach the living room with sofa and TV, large windows overlooking Skälderviken and a small work corner with access to a small balcony above the entrance. From the living room, you can reach two bedrooms, one in each gable and a smaller fully tiled shower room which, on the other hand, offers magnificent views for those who shower. In addition to a large terrace, the plot offers mostly space for play on the large lawn as well as a driveway along one long side of the plot. The plot faces the nature reserve where the Kullaleden hiking trail is very close. Guest access Guests have access to almost the entire house. In the basement there is a private space for some storage as well as a wardrobe upstairs.
