A bright and spacious maisonette on the second floor of the building, in the heart of Islington, 5 minutes from Angel station and Upper Street. Walking distance to Kings Cross St Pancras station. Perfect location for UCLH, O2 Arena Islington and West End. Linen and towels are provided. A large kitchen diner is available to use. There is washing machine, dryer and fridges to make you feel at home. There is also a bathroom downstairs and a shower room upstairs. Perfect for groups or families. The space 2nd floor maisonette with room 1, kitchen and bathroom on first floor. Room 2, 3, 4 and shower room on the second floor. We ask that you keep the communal areas clean and respect the neighbours. No loud music after 11pm, no smoking and please do not put washing machine on late at night. The flat is on the second and third floor of the building so guests will have to climb 2 flights of stairs. There is no lift, so not accessible for people with mobility issues. Guest access Parking is on adjacent streets on parking meters. Free from Saturday 1.30pm till Monday morning. Other things to note No loud music after 11pm and please do not put the washing machine or dryer on after 11pm. The building does face the street so even though we have double glazing throughout, some street noise may still be heard. Early check in is only possible once I have confirmation that the flat is ready. Please do not ask for check in before 12 midday as this is not going to be possible. Please note all the doors will be left open but if one does close please let me know and I will give you the access codes to get them open again. For hygiene purposes, towels are not left in the bathrooms for hand drying. Each guest will receive their own bath towel and hand towel to use exclusively. These will be left on your bed. Upon checkout please leave the flat in a reasonable condition. For stays of 4 days and over, the washing machine and dryer can be used once for free. After that there will be a charge of £5 per use.
