Triple room with Breakfast in our B&B in Salzburg

The space This Triple room is a basic but nice room, located directly in our historic house. All our rooms are comfortable and fully equipped with Sat-TV/Radio, free Wi-Fi connection, safe, hairdryer and phone. Of course, the room has also got your own private shower/WC. Our house itself is located near the main train station of Salzburg. It was built in 1900, when the whole area around the station was planned and developed. To reach the Historical City centre of Salzburg with all the famous sites, it is as short walk from us: 10 walking minutes to the Mirabell Gardens, 15 minutes to the Mozart House, 20 Minutes to the cathedral and approximately 30 walking minutes to the Fortress Hohensalzburg. As the station is just 3 minutes away from us, you can easiyl take a bus into the Old Town. Also, all main destinations around Salzburg (Hallstatt, Berchtesgaden, Salt Mines, Eagles Nest, Munich, Innsbruck, Vienna...;) can easily be reached from the train station. Guest access Your free-breakfast will be served in our historic turn-of-the century breakfast room. In our multi-functional reception area ;) you can sit down, gather with friends, play chess or relax. This area is attended and accessible at any day or nighttime. In the reception area, you can also find a vending machine for cool drinks & snacks as well as hot drinks as tea or coffee. Also, we have got some English and German books available there, either for swapping or just to read in Salzburg. Children can play with some childrens toys that we have in the reception area as well. During nice and sunny days, you can also sit down and relax in our courtyard (inside the house). An elevator gives you access to all areas of the house (it is an old house, so a few steps have to taken as the lift was built in long after the construction of the house, sorry...) During your stay Our reception is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. There is always an Adlerhof staff member available for all your questions or needs. In case you need help or if you have a problem, do not hesitate us to contact us at any time. The hotel or room check-in is also possible at any time of the day or night. As we are available for you 24 hours, maximum security is guaranteed, also to all Single travellers and families! Other things to note Please note, that the city of Salzburg imposes a city tax (Ortstaxe), which is a kind of tourist fee for all people who are staying in legal and licensed properties. This fee is Euro 1.70 for every adult person per night, staying in the city of Salzburg. As this amount has to be collected from you by us and we have to give it 1:1 to the city of Salzburg, it cannot be automatically charged throught Airbnb! This is annoying, and we are very sorry about it. Anyway, please note, that will have to pay the Euro 1.70 per person per night upon departure at our reception! Thank you for your understanding!!
