Situated in the rural village of Patching in the South Downs National Park. 4 miles from the historic town of Arundel, with it's Medieval castle, 3 miles from the coast, and pretty seaside village Ferring. Perfect for walkers, cyclists and visitors keen to explore the stunning Sussex countryside. 2 country pubs are in walking distance. Lovely bluebell wood and fabulous walks on the South downs right on the doorstep. Short drive to Chichester, Worthing and 30 minutes from Brighton. The space A lovely self contained studio with views of the surrounding fields. The studio is situated in a detached building on a small farm. Here, chickens roam free, and sheep and horses can be seen in the fields. There is a well equipped kitchen, with a modern oven (hob, grill and oven), kettle, toaster and microwave. En suite shower room. And a very comfy double bed. Guest access We are situated in the South Downs national park. We have two local pubs all serving good food and all with in a short walk. There are plenty of footpaths and bridle ways on our doorstep.
