Corner Cottage Salthouse by the Sea, Norfolk Coast

Welcome to "Corner Cottage", our cosy 1730’s Norfolk Coastal Cottage home has private parking for two cars with EV charging for £30. The peaceful village of Salthouse with sea views, is part of the North Norfolk Heritage Coast and is designated an area of outstanding natural beauty. The beach with its mixture of shingle, pebbles and sand at low-tide, is a few minutes walk with a variety of walks along the coast or across the fields. One house trained dog, not allowed upstairs for a £25 charge. The space Our cosy cottage has central heating and underfloor heating on the ground floor. The sitting room has a focal point electric fire. The dining room has a large dining table with both individual seats and benches around. The Shaker style kitchen units contain plenty of utensils, crockery, glasses etc and there is a second small table to sit at. The house can comfortably accommodate 5 people and there is also space in the double bedroom for a travel cot if guests wish to bring their own. Guests can sit outside on the sheltered patio which has a tableand chairs for sunny days. Guest access The whole property Other things to note Our home is available to let at various times throughout the year. Weekend stays of 3 nights usually start on a Friday and mid week stays of 4 nights usually start on a Monday. We prefer any stays of 7 nights to be booked from Friday evening, especially in high season as this gives our cleaner more flexibility and time to give a thorough clean. High Season usually refers to school holidays in July and August where bookings are for a minimum of 7 nights beginning on a Friday after 5pm. The usual arrival time of 5pm may be adjusted to be a little earlier for guests with young children. It may also occasionally be possible to alter our usual arrival days so please enquire and we shall try to help. Groups of Adults must be over 25 years of age.
