My house is about 145 m2 with 2 bedrooms at each end and 2 bathrooms. Large kitchen/dining room, living room with exits to an undisturbed garden and terrace. I appreciate living beautifully, cleanly and with good conditions. In addition, you have 22 minutes to Hornbæk, and the North Coast beaches and 35 minutes to Copenhagen :) The space Nødebo is surrounded by Gribskov, which is Denmark's second largest forest. Here you will find many beautiful hiking trails, cultural heritage and many opportunities to cycle, for example, up along Esrum Lake to Esrum Monastery. Beautiful beaches on the North Coast only 20 minutes away. The area has many nice golf clubs such as Simons's Golf and Scandinavian or Fredensborg to name 3 that are within 20 minutes by car. My house is centrally located in Nødebo. Large wooden house (150 m2) that has been repaired over the last 5 years. 1 floor, large lovely sunny garden with many small cozy nooks. I have wifi and many TV channels. 3 televisions, 2 bathrooms with shower, dishwasher and washing machine. Front yard for the young with trampoline and 2 x as well as outdoor fitness.
