Aziz House, Quiet, Relaxing, Air-Conditioned

Relax in this quiet accommodation, on 1500 m2 of land. Enjoy the tranquility of the place. Maison Aziz is a nice little house, for 1 or 2 people. It has 2 identical armchairs that can be joined to form a large bed if necessary. Set back, 15 minutes walk and 3 minutes drive from the village, Maison Aziz is away from all the hustle and bustle, but with neighbors. Small food stores nearby. Maïmouna can do cleaning & meals for 4000f/day, if needed The space The room is air-conditioned and has a fan. In the kitchen, fridge, coffee machines with or without capsules, kettle, microwave, stove, and all necessary dishes and utensils. There is a washing machine in our laundry room. Maimouna is the only one who has access to it. She can, if you wish, do your laundry at the rate of 2000 CFA francs (3 euros) per 6 kg machine, including laundry. Washing and ironing = 4000 CFA francs per machine. Water and electricity are extra on meter reading on arrival and departure. Be sure to stop the A/C when you go out during the day. If not, the invoice may be high! La Maison Aziz has a fiber internet connection. Ideal if you need to stay connected. For your peace of mind, our 2 dogs Pom & Payce guard the house. You should know that Senegalese people are afraid of dogs! Nevertheless no worries to have, they have their own space and will not come to bother you, if you do not want to have them with you. Maimouna will come and take care of it every morning, without disturbing you. In the kitchen you will find everything you need as well as a 2-burner stove. Nevertheless, please do not fry food in the kitchen!!! Outside you will find a barbecue and gas stove for your frying. Guests also have access to an outdoor sink and shower. Maïmouna, our housekeeper, will be at your disposal and can provide you with information during your stay if necessary. For 4000 francs per day, to be given to her directly, she can clean and cook for you if needed. For your peace of mind, we have trusted taxi drivers who can pick you up and take you back to the airport if needed, for 20,000 francs each way, to give them live. Feel free to ask us.
