Cosy & bright room in quiet neighborhood

Cosy, clean and bright room with a large bed (1,40 m x 2,00 m) for two, for € 40 for the first person, 25 € for the second .Kitchenette in every room with tea from our own garden) and coffee. Mini supermarket in the room, and there is always bread, butter and a cold beer in the fridge:)Very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to trainstation Westheim (not Neusäß!) and busstation). Shops 10 Minutes walking distance Only 10 minutes to the center of Augsburg by train. Bicycle to let for 6 € per day. The space Cosy room, beautiful garden. Very close to the trainstation, called Westheim, ( 5 minutes to walk) , but quiet. Nice surrounding to walk in nature, and also close to many shopping facilities, nice and good coffee shops in walking distance, too. Children are welcome; price depends on age, just ask. Nice bath very close, Titania Guest access you can use the lovely garden and the terrace. we share the bathroom. you can use the fridge too. But there is NO KITCHEN!! possibility to prepare tea and coffee in the room, i.e. kitchenette in each room During your stay I like to cook and I offer my guests a homecooked organic meal with soup or salad, vegan or vegetarian, or....for 15 Euro, And I ike to meet new people , I love other countries, cultures and languages and travelling. And I respect privacy as well:) I love gardening ( I grow a lot of fruits and vegetables), I am a beekeeper, a booklover, a passionate baker and cook, and I love Yoga. And I also love to help you, if you need any recommendations, just ask, I know lots of lovely places with bavarian food, or vegan food,italian restaurants... Other things to note If you come by car, please park that neighbours are not annoyed:)
