Its a good place to stay since is more modern and fancy. It is just 10 minutes from town which gives you easy access to town, restaurants, swimming pools, hospital etc. It has a cozy lounge were you can read your books, access Wi-fi and watch TV ... A big dinning area which can accomodate upto 15 people at a time for dinner, lunch or breakfast. A beautiful outdoor Garden with fresh and beautifully scented flowers that also has a swing that gives you a perfect view of The kilimanjaro . The space Its a well protected compound very close to town while at the same time in a very quiet neighbourhood Guest access Guests can access the sitting room, dinning, kitchen, common bathroom (if you want to) and the Garden outside. During your stay I like socializing with guests so as to help them with tips on how to go about Moshi. But incase I am not around for any other reason my daughter Anastazia is always available to assist. Other things to note The house is Under SGA security but also has a 24 hours outside CCTV camera surveillance... We also have security dogs in the compound that are caged and only opened from 10pm when all are in. And few cats (very polite and disciplined)so if you are allergic to cats you can tell me before hand.
