Cosy, clean, modern & homely our bungalow is situated in a quiet cosy-de-sac in the centre of Linton. Our chocolate box village has many amenities such as three pubs, a cafe, a Co-Op, Post Office, gym, soft play area, parks & picturesque walks as well as being close to Chilford Hall Vineyard, Wedding Venue & Printmaking Studio. Just 10 miles from Cambridge, 5 miles from Saffron Walden, 5 miles from Duxford Imperial War Museum, 11 miles from Newmarket Races it is an ideal location for days out. The space We have a well-used and lived in family home! A recently renovated bungalow - all rooms are clean, bright, modern & full of plants. You are welcome to prepare meals in our very well-equipped kitchen & dining space as long as you clear up after yourself & leave the kitchen as you found it. Any breakages/damage to be paid for. We share with you our bathroom with bath, WC, over-bath thermostatic shower with unlimited hot water. Your bedroom is private and on the other side of the house from our bedrooms. We offer you 20% off at our local cafe The Linton Kitchen. You are welcome to use our large washing machine, there is an honesty box as we ask for £3 per load to cover washing powder & utilities. For a further £3 you can use our dryer, or we provide an airing rack for your room/washing line outside free of charge. We are big foodies and cook most evenings. We look forward to meeting guests having both travelled extensively and lived in share houses for over a decade - it’s quite strange not sharing our own home with other people! Most evenings we like to keep to ourselves after busy days, and we have our own private lounge to retreat to.
