Even the approach via the private path reveals: This is where peace begins, this is where everyday life ends. Right on the Brettach The property offers direct access to the The space Brettach, a quiet tributary of the Jagst. In addition, a small private hiking trail awaits you along a stream, lined with cattle and horse pastures – an idyllic piece of nature that is only available to you. Here your dog can splash and bathe to its heart's content. The key to access is available for you in the house. Spacious parkland to relax Surrounded by around 7,000 m² of private parkland with old trees, flowering meadows and a wide view of the greenery, you will find space for rest and relaxation. For families with children or guests with dogs, the 1,500 m², 1.20 m high fenced area is particularly ideal – safe, protected and yet in the middle of nature. Wellness & well-being – sauna & fireplace After a day in nature, the most beautiful time in the chalet begins: moments of warmth and security. In your own sauna, you can unwind, the soothing heat relaxes muscles and gives inner peace – whether after a clear winter walk or on a rainy autumn day. Afterwards, the fireplace in the living area invites you to cozy hours. The crackling of the fire, the play of the flames and the warm light create an atmosphere in which conversations become deeper, books sound more exciting and the evening becomes unforgettable. Here you can enjoy your time undisturbed. Bed linen: €18 per person Baby bedding: €6/per person Crib: €10 Towel package: €12/person Bathrobe: 8€/per person Sauna towel: 4€/per person  More details: Up to the age of 2, the children travel for free. One-time €35 per accompanying dog. A maximum of 5 dogs are allowed in this house. Please specify the number in your booking. The holiday property may only be occupied in the previously agreed number of people (including babies and infants). It must be agreed with the agency if additional people are in the cottage during the day. The minimum rental period is always 3 nights for all people.  The minimum rental period also applies to people who are only temporarily guests in the property. A reduction in the number of people after the conclusion of the contract does not result in a change of the rental price. The entrance to the cottage is via a key safe. The pin will be communicated by email 3 days prior to your arrival. Arrival is possible from 4 pm. Please leave by 10 am. Depending on the booking situation, you can ask for a late check-out. Use as a party location is not allowed. In the sense of the good neighborhood, a quiet night is to be held between 10 pm and 8 am. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Pets: may only be brought in agreement with the rental agency and for a fee, in the number previously specified. Out of consideration for subsequent guests, dogs are not allowed in bed, on the sofa or on the armchair. The dog droppings in the garden and around the vacation property must be collected. We ask that you vacuum before your departure to remove the animal hair (swept clean). For technical reasons, it is not allowed to charge electric cars via the power supply of the holiday property. This is not designed for this and may result in fires. For each subsequent contract change we charge €20 processing fee We reserve the right to charge a deposit of €500 for a rental to commercial customers. This will be refunded within 14 days in case of complaint-free departure. If you use the house commercially, you would have to indicate this with us.
