This property is newly renovated for the 2017 season, it is extremely tidy throughout. All kitchens, furniture and appliances are brand new. The property comprises of a spacious lounge including smart TV, with a bed settee to accommodate addition guests, well appointed bedroom with TV, brand new kitchen and bathroom with shower facilities. The space We have tried to make this space a home from home, with a sea side theme. Guest access This includes all of the second floor area, compromising of entrance hall, bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom. All newly renovated May 2017. Other things to note The booking price per night is based on 2 adults sharing the main bedroom, if 2 adults book but require the sofa bed and additional bedding there will be an additional charge of £10 per booking payable on arrival.
