Pavilion Cottage right by the beach with sea views

We believe Pavilion cottage is located in the perfect spot, just across the road from Gorlestons beautiful 'white sand' beach, voted 8th best UK beach and opposite the famous Pavilion theatre with a packed programme of entertainment. Decorated in a light and airy beach theme and fully equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing seaside holiday, with sea and theatre views from the front windows. The perfect spot for lazy days on the beach followed by a wonderful evening at the theatre! The space Pavilion cottage has 3 bedrooms and is deceptively spacious. It can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. There are 2 generous double bedrooms sleeping up to 4 and an additional twin bedroom in the loft. There is a large upstairs bathroom and downstairs shower room. A small private west facing courtyard garden at the back and a small front patio. All the beds are all made up for you on arrival and there is a welcome pack including tea, coffee, sugar, t-towel, washing up liquid, dishcloth, scourer, handwash etc and should the sun not shine or the the theatre be booked. There is free Wi-Fi and a Freeview TV in the lounge and a freeview TV in bedroom 1. Please note:- towels are not provided (except for a T-towel & bathmat)
