The fenced property of our semi-detached house is located in a field edge location and offers a fantastic view of the outdoors. With a slide and sandbox in the garden, the small guests also have enough leeway. In 5 minutes you are at the natural bathing area of the Schaalsee or you hike or cycle in the beautiful natural Eichhorst right on your doorstep. As hosts, we live in the other half of the semi-detached house with our 2 children, dog, cat, rabbits and chickens. The space Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms as well as a full bath with shower and bathtub. In the basement you have a guest toilet, a well equipped kitchen and a spacious dining and living area with tiled stove. From here you can access your terrace with stone grill. For exploring the lake or fishing, our small rowing boat (2-4 people) can be rented for 15,-€/day. The fishing permit is included, but a fishing license must be present. Guest access You live in a 110sqm house over 2 floors with separate entrance. Other things to note Our chickens move freely in the garden. If your dogs do not know or like to hunt chickens, they must be guided on the property on the leash.
