Warm welcome to pleasant Ekeby, a small town located in northwestern Skåne. Approximately 3,500 people of mixed ages live here, mainly in villas but also in some apartments and farms. In the village, there is a gas station, a kiosk with street kitchen and a pizzeria. One of Sweden's largest privately owned furniture stores is also located here, with a restaurant serving lunch, sandwiches and cakes. There is a health center. Grocery store is in the nearby towns - ICA Billesholm 7 km, Coop Kågeröd 10 km. The space On the outskirts of the village, there is a black-painted wooden house on one level. It is 83 sqm, built in 2018. Inside the entrance is an entrance hall, with plenty of room to hang up outerwear and shoes. On the floor is a gray laminate floor and the walls are consistently white painted throughout the home. Further in, the kitchen and living room are in an open floor plan. The kitchen is equipped with most of what is needed, and at the dining table there is room for six people. A TV is available, with Wi-Fi connection. There are two restful bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A smaller desk to do homework or write postcards to the family is in one of the bedrooms. The bathroom is tiled, with a shower behind a glass wall. Washer and dryer are free to use, but with your own detergent. From the kitchen and living room, you can reach a partially private terrace, perfect for improving your sun tan, reading a book or cozying up with a barbecue evening and something good to drink in the glasses. The plot is large, 1,166 sqm, and there is plenty of room both for children with energy and to park the car. For those who want to leave the car and still go on an adventure, a bus stop is just a hundred meters away. The bus leaves for Helsingborg, Landskrona and Bjuv, among other places. The location is only a 15-minute drive to Helsingborg, and further over to Helsingör, Denmark, it takes another 20 minutes from there with the Scandlines boats. If you prefer to drive the car towards Malmö, it takes just over half an hour to get there. For those who like nature, the beautiful Söderåsen is a draw. Here you can hike, cycle, pick berries or mushrooms. There are nice places to enjoy the tranquility, fishing or eating your picnic. For those interested in motors, Ring Knutstorp is within reach – southern Sweden's center for racing and motor enthusiasm. If you prefer to play golf, we have Söderåsen Golf Club and Wärdshus in the nearby area. When you feel like it, it's easy to find nice beaches. Along the entire west coast, there are small pearls of varying size and number of visitors. For those who prefer to spend the afternoon shopping, Väla shopping center is only a few miles away.
