Country house overlooking fields with garden room

Set in beautiful West Sussex but only 17 miles from Guildford which has great shops and fast trains to Clapham Junction and London Waterloo. From the door one can walk for miles without walking along a road. The same is true for cycling and for those who prefer tarmac, it is a pretty ride to the Surrey Hills. The house overlooks pasture to the back and fields to the front. There is a large gravel drive, plenty of space to park or have tea in the afternoon sun. The space A sweeping stone path leads to a secure back garden with a lovely patio with a bench and chairs. There is a fully insulated and glazed garden room (with hard wired wifi) with art materials and 2 sets of double doors for a real indoor/outdoor experience and a through breeze on hot days. A canopy shades the room from some of the sunshine and the deck chairs are a great place to relax. There is an undercover bike area, an outside room with clothes drying pulley. This 1930s house has just been decorated and has new appliances, crockery and so on. The large dual aspect kitchen is a great space to cook and relax. The house is fully furnished and equipped including artworks and games tables made by the host. The house sleeps up to five, there is a double bed in the front bedroom, a trundle bed in the back bedroom and a single bed or desk in the small bedroom. Guest access This listing is for the whole house, drive and garden. The private drive has double gates should you wish to close them. Other things to note For guests staying for longer than 28 days there is a 10% discount. There is a minimum stay of 6 nights. There is a traditional brick bbq in the garden, we can supply charcoal at cost. The single beds in the twin room to make a 6ft double bed by arrangement. The single bedroom is quirky, the bed goes into an alcove with a window. The mattress is 2'6" wide. With the mattress removed this room can be used as an office.
