The villa is located on the first hill above Malcesine , in a panoramic but isolated and quiet area, able to guarantee maximum privacy and breathtaking views. The space You enter into a small hallway that leads directly to the living room where we find the dining table, the sofa, the fireplace and the large kitchen corner equipped with everything you need. From the large windows you access the large porch furnished with a dining table and sofas and you can enjoy the view of the garden with swimming pool and Jacuzzi . From this area you access the large triple bedroom with private bathroom and a small closet. A staircase will lead us to the first floor where there is the main room with walk-in closet and private bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi. From here the view of the garden, the pool and the lake is truly sensational. Outside we find an annex with double bed, single bed and private bathroom. A completely fenced garden of approximately 1500 m2 surrounds the villa which has a sauna , barbecue and pizza oven . The property is equipped with satellite TV, WiFi connection and air conditioning only in the sleeping areas . Towels and sheets are provided, with weekly change, included in the price. No type of drink, food or consumable material (soap, shampoo, etc.) is provided. Check-in is from 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM. For check-in after this time a fee of 30.00 Euro is required to be paid upon arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before.
