Light and airy row house with 3 bedroms, a big conservatory and cosy common areas. Bus station right outside the house, 20 minutes to city center. 10 minutes by car. Calm area, perfect for familys. The row house is in two floors with patios on both floors. Karlstad is perfect for a summer vacation. Enjoy city center life with shopping, bars and restaurants. Maybe put your hiking boots on and explore beautiful nature? Or why not spend a day at the beach? The space Welcome to out home! During the summers we stay at our summer cabin. Big conservatory, two patios, two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, washing maschine and tumble dryer, common room with sofas and TV with crome cast. Also Google home and smart light bulbs. So when you want to go to bed or leave the house you just tell Google ”hey Google turn off all the lights”. And when you want them back turned on just tell Google to turn them back on. Bedroom 1 is with one king size bed and a small tv. Bedroom 2 & 3 is with single beds suitable for child/youth. Also we have a small bed for toddlers that we can put in. Let us now if you need it!
