Close to restaurants and sea bath. You can take the ferry to islands in the archipelago from Saltsjöbaden. We have kayaks to let, that you easily can roll down to the ocean. The house has many beautiful original details - such as; tiled stoves, wooden floors and sprayed windows. It has antique furniture mixed with contemporary decor. The lush garden is secluded and sorrounded by lilacs, it is full of berries and fruit trees. We have 15 chickens in the garden that we would like to ask you to feed, in return they will give you fresh eggs every day. The garden is fully fenced and has a outdoor fire heated spa bath "Skärgårdstunnan"(for summer). For the children there is a trampoline with security net. On the first floor you find a well-equipped kitchen with dining area. There is a large dining room with seating for 10 around the large table. Adjacent to the dining room, is a spacious lounge with antique furniture and fireplace. Just outside there is a “loggia” a covered outdoor room with sitting area, grill and gas solar heating. In the basement you find a really nice SPA made in 2018, with sauna for 6, a hot tub with bubbels and massage - as well as an extra bath for cold water. Laundry room with 2 wash machines, 2 tumble dryers, a WC and a shower. 5 min walk to the Baltic sea and the lovely nature reserve “Erstaviken” with fantastic walking, running, biking and hiking paths. Quiet area with protected plot, road outside the house with speed limited road at 30 km / h day and 40 km / h night. Erstaviksbadet with sandy beach and rocky bath and child-friendly bathing lake Violbadet / Vårgärdessjön with jetty rocky and sandy beach within 10-15 min. walkway.
