Large apartment (110 square meters) 3/4 hour from central Paris! Great flat (110 m2), in a quiet place, near Paris center (3/4 hour)!! The space We have a duplex accommodation with 2 bedrooms, one master suite with 2 double beds and one bedroom with a single bed and an extra bed. We have two bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, a large living/dining room of 40 m2 (with a sofa bed for 2 people). The place is quiet and we enjoy a lot of sunshine. There are all the utensils necessary for daily life (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, televisions,...) Étampes is a small town of art, very pleasant to live in and close to Paris (40 km) and Orléans (60 km). You can stroll through the forest of Fontainebleau (40 km), explore the watercress fields of Méréville (14 km), go swimming or sledding on the leisure island, do the painting exhibitions in Barbizon, visit the Palace of Versailles (40 km) and many other activities that we can tell you about... In our neighborhood you will find a bakery, small grocery store and tabac/newspapers. Less than a 10-minute walk away, you will have access to the leisure center and its many activities. The train station is a 15-minute walk away as well as the city center where you will find all the shops.
