They are also set well off the main coast road so suitable for small children. This is the ideal location to explore the West of Ireland, the Burren or just relax at the local beach and take in the magnificent surroundings Guest access Each cottage has a large garden front and back with plenty of play areas for children and privacy for the adults. There is ample private parking around each cottage and patio furniture to sit and watch the spectacular sunsets over Galway bay. Other things to note All the bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. The only additional cost is electricity which is metered and charged on departure. We are an environmentally friendly location and want our guests to conserve energy and be aware of the amount of electricity they use. Having a charge we feel helps reduce the impact on the environment. So please switch off appliances/ lights etc when you don't need them and when you are going out. Thank you. Fanore is a long coastal village and our cottage is near the beach side of the village. 2km away there is a local pub which serves food each day from 12 noon to 9pm. There is also a cafe and shop close by . Fanore is nestled between the 2 villages of Ballyvaughan to the North and Doolin to the south both of which have a large selection of good pubs and restaurants. There are lots of local attractions and activities and these are all included in the house manual
